Lakeshore Eye Care Professionals is a three doctor practice with two offices in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.  Both are conveniently located near Highway 43.  Our Ophthalmologists are Dr. Martha Jay and Dr. Josephine-Liezl Cueto.  Our Optometrist is Dr. Mark German.  We provide blade-free LASIK, small incision cataract surgery, premium lens implants for cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, diabetic eye care, dry eye treatment, macular degeneration treatment, contact lens fitting and comprehensive eye examinations.  Most insurance plans are accepted including Medicare Assignment.
