She very much enjoy teaching and instructed part of the cataract surgery courses at Saint Louis University. Ophthalmology being such an innovative field, she particularly loves being able to offer her patients the latest and greatest of the technologies and procedures available. She enjoys all aspects of eye surgery including refractive surgery and cataract surgery. She has a personal experience with LASIK, having had the procedure herself. She understands first hand how reducing dependence on glasses can make such an impactful change in someone’s life. She is also pleased to offer astigmatism correction and multi-focal implants with cataract surgery, as well as blade-free LASIK and PRK.
Dr. Bennett is not all work, however, as she enjoys being active and has completed two marathons. She and her husband also enjoy hiking, traveling and of course Wisconsin cheese. You will be please to know that she sees patients at both our Mequon and Saukville offices.
