Ophthalmologist – Eye Physician and Surgeon

Lakeshore Eye Care Professionals welcomed Dr. Josephine-Liezl Cueto to their team in the fall of 2009.  Dr. Cueto completed her ophthalmology training at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she attended Saint Louis University for both undergraduate and medical training, where she was a Phi Beta Kappa recipient and a Summa Cum Laude graduate.  Dr. Cueto also attended Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, where she graduated as Salutatorian.

Dr. Cueto practices general ophthalmology. She welcomes patients of all ages and offers a wide range of medical and surgical eye care to her practice. She is an ideal choice for patients with glaucoma, diabetes, cataracts, macular degeneration or other eye disorders.  She is on the medical staff of Columbia-St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon, Wisconsin where she is has an active cataract surgery practice.

Dr. Cueto is pleased to return to Wisconsin and be reunited with her family.  She and her husband, an anesthesiologist, make their home in Menomonee Falls.  When not working, she enjoys singing and dancing.  She has a deep passion for musicals and can often be spotted in the audience singing along.

Dr. Cueto is devoted to preserving vision and providing compassion along with patient care. She is a welcomed addition to Lakeshore Eye Care Professionals and easily upholds our ideals of dedication and personal service.  She is accepting new patients of all ages to her practice.
