Is LASIK done in the office?
No, we exclusively use the Wisconsin Eye Laser Center which is located near Brookfield Square. While this facility is shared by several area physicians, Dr. Martha Jay is the predominant user. The center is equipped with the latest equipment for refractive surgery including the IntraLase and VISX Star S4 IR lasers. While Dr. Jay has used a number of LASIK centers over the years, she has been particularly pleased with the Wisconsin Eye Laser center because of the dedication of the staff and their commitment to updating the equipment as new advancements become available. Patients often comment on how well the staff there works with Dr. Jay in the procedure room to provide a pleasant LASIK experience.
